We are seeking to recruit a Warehouse Technician to be based at Aeropak’s manufacturing site, Great Yarmouth. The role is responsible for the loading/unloading of vehicles, movement of materials between warehouses & production departments, and recording these activities on GMP/inventory control documentation systems.
This role reports to the Warehouse Shift Leader for daily activities.
Key responsibilities
Safety:
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety.

- Work efficiently and effectively ensure plans are achieved.
- Identify and assist continuous improvement and lean projects within department.
Delivery:
- Accountable for OTIF delivery to internal and external customers.
Quality/GMP:
- Ensure compliance with the QMS.
- Comply with cGDP, Medicines, Medical Devices and Cosmetics regulations
Costs:
- Always work efficiently to current standards.
- Prevent loss of time and maintain good timekeeping.
- Avoid waste and identify and prevent where possible.
- Suggest methods for continuous improvement.
You would ideally have the following attributes and/or experience:
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Have experience of working in a busy warehouse and operating mechanical equipment including forklift trucks.
- Self-motivated with a proactive 'can do' approach.
- Good numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of working within a regulated manufacturing/production environment (e.g. pharmaceutical, food production environment) and associated documentation.
- Be a competent computer user.
- Be punctual and hardworking.
