Warehouse Shift Leader

An opportunity has arisen to join the warehouse team at Aeropak. The role purpose is to lead and direct the warehouse shift team. To ensure the warehouse operations meet quality requirements and achieve the plans. To ensure the shift complies with company expectations including health and safety and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities:

Health & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety.
• Maintain a safe working environment by working safely.

Productivity:

• Ensure the shift performs efficiently and effectively to meet needs of internal and external customers.
• Report daily on shift productivity.
• Identify and assist continuous improvement and lean projects within the department.

Delivery:

• Responsible for OTIF delivery of components and materials to the site and finished products to P&S.
• Raise appropriate QIs for delivery issues.

Quality / GMP:

• Comply with cGDP, Medicines, Medical Devices and Cosmetics regulations.
• Ensure all logbooks are maintained and reviewed periodically.
• Maintain agreed standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ensure shift compliance with the QMS.

Costs:

• Work efficiently to current standards.
• Prevent loss of time and maintain good timekeeping.
• Avoid waste and identify and prevent where possible.
• Suggest methods for continuous improvement.

HR & Teamwork:

• Work as a member of a team both within the warehouse department and site.
• Support team with appropriate training, coaching and reviews.
