Diomed Group have a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a varied and interesting role supporting our OTC Marketing department. The successful candidate will join our friendly, dynamic OTC Marketing team, to drive the growth of our category-leading brands such as Bazuka, Otex and Ibuleve through multi-channel advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day e-commerce marketing activities to grow online sales of OTC products in both the UK and internationally
- Help manage and update product listings, images, descriptions and online content to ensure accuracy, consistency and availability
- Conduct thorough and regular reviews of competitor product listing content, imagery and enhanced ecommerce content and make relevant recommendations for improvements of Diomed Retail Brand product content
- Support the execution of online promotions and campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team
- Work closely with the regulatory department to ensure all online content and campaigns are approved and compliant
- Coordinate with external agencies to support online initiatives
- Coordinate with the PVG and CQT teams to ensure consumer feedback is correctly monitored and reported
- Monitor basic e-commerce performance metrics such as sales, traffic and conversion rates
- Prepare reports and summaries to support performance reviews and planning
- Stay up to date with e-commerce and digital marketing trends in the OTC and consumer healthcare space and report regularly to wider team as relevant
- Work with the Ecommerce Marketing Manager to identify and deliver new ecommerce opportunities for Retail Brands
- Work with the wider RBC team to optimise brand activity for the ecommerce environment
- Completion of ecommerce month end reports
Skills/Experience:
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms with a particular focus on Amazon (preferred although not obligatory)
- A questioning mind that seeks continuous improvement
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent command of written English
- Strong competence in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other Microsoft platforms.
- Good organisational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in approach to work
- Self motivation to take responsibility and ownership of assigned projects, working under pressure to high standards
- Quick learner to develop an understanding of all relevant brands; their modes of action, key active ingredients and key competitor categories.
- Full driving license.
- Preferred but not essential - Degree level of qualification or CIM equivalent.
- Preferred but not essential - Relevant FMCG marketing experience, exposure to all of the marketing mix
